SHIPPING

We ship all items via United States Postal Services.  All of our e-Liquid is usually shipped within one business day. During the months of December and January, items are normally shipped within 1 to four business days.  Please refer to the USPS service guidelines to determine the duration of shipping time after the package is picked-up by the postal service. Please call for Hawaii, Alaska And International shipments. We are not responsible for any incurred Customs charges if shipping outside USA. If express delivery is needed, please call for pricing. We do NOT guarantee delivery date unless Express Delivery is requested.

RETURNS

ALL Returns And Refunds Must Be Preauthorized By VapeMe.com. Upon Receipt Of Your Package, Please Inspect For Any Damage. If Damage Has Occurred You Must Call Us Within 5 Days Of Delivery Date. For All Damage Claims, You Must Save All Original Packing Material And Boxes. If You Do Not Contact Our Customer Service Department Within This Time, We Reserve The Right To Refuse Any Returns.
